At Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation, we believe that healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Unfortunately, many underprivileged patients struggle to afford critical medical treatments, which can mean the difference between life and death. To bridge this gap, we have established the Patient Assistance Program, a dedicated initiative aimed at providing financial aid and essential medical services to those in need. Through this program, we offer free and subsidized healthcare to ensure that no one is left behind due to financial hardship.
Our Commitment to Free & Subsidized Healthcare
We are dedicated to ensuring equitable access to medical services, particularly for economically disadvantaged patients. Our 68-bed General, Paediatric, NICU, and PICU wards provide:
- Free Beds – Offering a safe place for recovery without financial burden.
- Free Food & Linen – Providing nutritious meals and clean bedding.
- Free Nursing & Pediatric PGMO Care – Ensuring professional medical attention.
- Subsidized Pharmacy Services – Making essential medications affordable.
- Discounted Laboratory & Radiology Services – Reducing costs for critical tests.
- Free OPD Dialysis for All Patients – Ensuring kidney patients receive life-saving treatments.
Since its inception, our Patient Assistance Program has impacted over 20 lakh patients, significantly contributing to community healthcare.

Established in 1981, Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation was founded to honor the contributions of Dr. Jivraj Mehta, a pioneer in Indian medical education and healthcare administration.
